Participating in the poster presentation provides an opportunity to:

in emergency preparedness and disaster planning.

ü Contribute to the industry knowledge base.
To be considered for a Poster Session, you must submit a Poster
Session Abstract online by April 27, 2017 which
includes a brief description of your project/topic (200 words or less). Topics
may include, but are not limited to academic or field research, innovative
demonstration / pilot projects, disaster response lessons learned, healthcare
preparedness, and public-private partnerships.
Poster Presentation will take place on
Wednesday, June 14: Posters will be on display all day and
presenters will be onsite from 8:00am-9:00am to interact and answer questions
from attendees. Presenters are responsible for creating a 36” x 48”
informational poster. The poster session is intended to be casual and
conversational; there will be no formal presentation.
WEDNESDAY,
JUNE 14, 2017
7 AM – 8 AM Poster display set-up
8 AM – 9 AM Poster presenter onsite at display to answer questions
8 AM – 5 PM Poster displays open for viewing during conference
Each Poster Session abstract that is
accepted will include one (1) FREE
conference registration.
Additional authors for each accepted Poster will be responsible for
payment of the conference fee if they choose to attend.
Full attendances
for Poster authors are not required.
ALL Abstracts MUST be submitted ONLINE no later than April 27, 2017.
Applicants will be notified regarding their acceptance by May 12, 2017.
