ICAAP Receives Award from Illinois Academy of Family Physicians (IAFP)

IAFP President Alvia Siddiqi, MD presented ICAAP with the President's Award at the 2016 IAFP Annual Meeting. ICAAP and IAFP have partnered for years on education and advocacy with the shared goal of providing the best possible health care for Illinois children. Recent efforts include working with IDPH and the Medicaid MCOs around changes to the VFC program, childhood obesity prevention, tobacco prevention and cessation, and immunizations for children. ICAAP is grateful for the award and the continued partnership with IAFP.
