The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) I-CARE administrators and Vaccines For Children (VFC) Illinois staff are urging all VFC providers to sign up with the I-CARE immunization registry immediately.
By June 2013, VFC Illinois will be merged with I-CARE and all VFC ordering will be done online through I-CARE. VFC Chicago providers will merge with I-CARE at a later date.
I-CARE registration forms are available on the IDPH website.
