advanced training to community-based healthcare providers to manage complex,
chronic diseases
Providers gain new
skills and knowledge through a series of case-based, interactive learning
sessions via high-grade videoconferencing. No travel. AMA PRA Category 1 CME
available at no cost to the participant.
