Medicaid providers, advocates, assisters and community partners:
The
Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) is continually
looking for ways to improve its use of technology (internet, computers, cell
phones and other electronic devices) to communicate with providers, advocates
and community partners and our programs and benefits. As well, we are
looking for ways to improve the usability of future online applications for benefits
for consumers in order to maximize enrollment in our programs.
You
can help. Please take the brief survey below to let us know your thoughts
and suggestions on ways to improve. There are three unique sections of the
survey: 1) for clients/consumers (choose a, b, or c), 2) for providers,
advocates and community partners (choose d, e, or f), and 3) for other users
(choose g or h).
There’s
not much time, the survey must close at end of day on Friday August
